Hero’s first poster shows a comic side to Lee Junki

Maybe MBC’s newsroom drama Hero will be better than its artwork. Because I think most of us agree that the artwork for the drama (such as the official promo photos and some of its behind-the-scenes stills) is looking a bit lackluster.
The copy on the top reads, “Look out for Jin Do-hyuk’s exclusive scoop!” The smaller copy near the bottom reads, “Korea’s small hero.”
Lee Junki’s Do-hyuk character is a passionate (overzealous?) reporter for a shabby publication called Monday Seoul, who goes all-out in pursuit of a story — spying, following, wiretapping, disguising, and general skulking around. Lee said of his character, “In the drama, Do-hyuk takes on reckless challenges in search of his target. He courageously speaks for those who are weak, and in search of uncovering the truth, he even acts takes on paparazzi acts.”
The drama is up against some heavy competition; it premieres on November 11 against KBS’s blockbuster IRIS and SBS’s solid mania hit You’re Beautiful.
