June 27 - 3 side dishes take home

The class is limited to 12 people and the cost includes all materials and ingredients. I’m going to provide you with everything you need to make:

  1. Stirfried dried anchovy side dish (”myulchibokkeum“)
    A sidedish made of small dried anchovies,  green pepper, and nuts.
  2. Stirfried dried squid strips (“ojinguhchae bokkeum”)
    The lunchtime sidedish made of very thinly shredded dried squid.
  3. Cucumber (“oi sobagi”)
    made by cutting a cucumber into a pocket and stuffing it with and paste.

And I’ll show you step by step how to make them. You’ll follow along and do it yourself. When you’re done, you’re going to have 3 side dishes to bring home and put in the refrigerator and eat whenever you want.

This would be a great class you take if you have a busy life but want to learn a few dishes hands on. Then you will also have some in your house afterwards to eat for dinner or lunchboxes. So bring some tupperware to take home!
